  • LCA & Heartland Students - $75/student

    June 2-6: 4-6pm

    June 9-13: 7-9am


  • LCA Students - $300/student

    Heartland Students - $600/student

    Registration closes July 1, 2025


  • Practices & Details: 

    July 28-August 15: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri from 7-9am

    August 18-October 31: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri from 4-6pm (Wednesday Practice off campus)

    Practice Location: 5500 Olive Drive, Bakserfield, California 93308


HS BOYS VARSITY FOOTBALL

  • LCA Students - $300/student

    Heartland Students - $600/student

    Registration closes July 1st, 2025



  • Practices: 

    All Practices will be held at Bakersfield Volleyball Club (5850 District Blvd, Bakersfield, CA 93313)
    July 28th - August 20th practices will be held Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri at BVC from 8-10am

    August 22 - October 22nd practices will be held Mon/Wed from 2-4pm and Fridays from 4-6pm
    For Varsity Only, Mon/Wed practices will continue if the team advances in playoffs


  • Games: 

    Majority on Tuesdays and Thursdays
    Home games at Buttonwillow Rec Center (about 30 minutes from campus).

Who is eligible to play?

Answer: Any Legacy High School Student or Heartland Charter High School student is eligible to play high school sports.

Why not all home school students?

Answer: CIF has strict participation guidelines. All schools must have a “Multi School Agreement” with Legacy Christian Academy in order to have their students participate. 

What sports are available?

Answer:

Fall: 8 Man Tackle football, Girls Volleyball

Winter: Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball

Spring: Basketball, Softball

How do we register?

Answer: A registration link will be posted on the Athletics page of the Legacy website.

When do fall sports start?

Answer: Fall Sport Conditioning will begin July, practices begin August.
