Athletics Department Mission Statement
Our mission is to develop student athletes who glorify God through excellence in sports, Christlike character, and a commitment to academic and personal growth. Through disciplined training, teamwork, and servant leadership, we prepare students to be college-ready competitors and faithful followers of Jesus Christ in all areas of life.

The Athletics Department operates under the authority of the school administration and in alignment with the school’s mission to honor Christ in all areas of life. Oversight is provided through the following structure:
Athletic Director
Responsible for leadership, scheduling, coach development, and alignment with school values and league standards.Coaching Staff
Selected and trained to mentor student-athletes spiritually, academically, and athletically, embodying Christian leadership and accountability.Student-Athlete Code of Conduct
All student-athletes are expected to uphold the school's behavior standards, academic expectations, and the Core Values of the Athletics Department. Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from a team, as outlined in the Student Handbook.Parental Partnership
Parents/guardians are encouraged to partner with coaches and school leadership to support the student-athlete’s growth and uphold a culture of respect, encouragement, and accountability.League/Conference Compliance
All athletic programs adhere to the policies and eligibility rules set forth by the athletic league/conference in which the school participates, including but not limited to practice hours, academic eligibility, and game conduct.

Who is eligible to play?

Answer: Any Legacy High School Student or Heartland Charter High School student is eligible to play high school sports.
Why not all home school students?

Answer: CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) has strict participation guidelines. All schools must have a “Multi School Agreement” with Legacy Christian Academy in order to have their students participate.
How do we register?
