Admissions Check List
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry and Attend an Informational Meeting
Complete our inquiry form or contact the Admissions Office to express your interest and attend an Informational Meeting to learn more about Legacy Christian Academy.
Step 2: Connect with Admissions
A member of our Admissions team will reach out to answer your questions, learn about your family's educational goals, and explain our University-Model® approach and the Application Process.
Step 3: Schedule a Family Interview
Meet with school leadership to discuss your student's needs, learn more about our community, and determine if Legacy Christian Academy is the right fit for your family.
Step 4: Student Assessment
Each incoming student is assessed to gain full insight into the student’s individual strengths and weaknesses. The outcomes of the Academic Assessment do not hinder the family’s acceptance by the Legacy Christian Academy community.
Step 5: Enrollment Decision
Following the interview, assessment, and review of all admissions materials, families will be notified of the enrollment decision and receive instructions for completing registration.
Step 6: Required Parent Training Week
Parents participate in our required August Parent Training Week to gain the tools, resources, and understanding needed to successfully partner in our University-Model® program.

The New Family Application Process does not constitute acceptance to Legacy Christian Academy. All families must complete the entire Application Process to be considered for acceptance.

You will receive an email from Sycamore School notifying you of your application submission, followed by an Admissions Email to schedule your student’s Academic Assessment.
Academic Assessments, Enrollment in FACTS, and Family Interview are three required pieces prior to acceptance.
Family Interviews are schedule following the student’s Academic Assessment.

Applications for New Families open February 1. Late Enrollment begins May 1 with enrollment fees increasing.
Applications may be submitted though the student may be placed on a class waitlist.

Student Tuition Assistance is awarded on a first come first served basis to families who have applied through the FACTS Tuition System. The awards are given monthly and are needs based. Student Tuition Assistance Awards are given based on confidential third party recommendations, from FACTS.
Step 1: Submit New Student Application
Step 2: Enroll in FACTS via email sent to you from Business Office upon your application submission.
Step 3: Submit Student Tuition Assistance through FACTS.
Step 4: Student Tuition Assistance are awarded monthly.
Legacy Christian Academy does not offer enrollment discounts.
Attending an Informational Meeting is a required step in the application process.
